VPN Proxy Master is a standalone VPN brand. Its about page says it "was launched in 2018", is "located in the heart of the Asia-pacific region - Singapore", and is "trusted by 150,000,000 users". The footer on every page reads "VPN Proxy Master is powered by SECUREGUARD GROUP PTE. LTD." with the address 61 Robinson Road #06-01, Singapore 068893. The headline pitch is "The Most Secure Global VPN for Professionals", and the multi-device pitch is what places it in this category: "With one subscription account, VPN Proxy Master protects up to 10 devices simultaneously including iOS, Android, Mac, Windows, TV, etc."

Who can buy it: prices are shown in US dollars, and the pricing page's title reads "Buy VPN with Bitcoin, Paypal, Credit Card", which names the three payment routes, although the page body does not repeat them. The site is available in English, Arabic, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese and Russian. The menu lists apps for Windows and Mac, iOS and Android, Fire TV, Apple TV, Samsung TV, LG Smart TV and other smart TVs, and a Chrome extension. A 2022 blog post calls the app "available free online on different app stores" and "Designed particularly for iOS and Android devices", and customer quotes on the homepage mention a free version, but the pricing page shows only paid plans and does not describe a free tier. The site does not name the app stores, list countries where it is not sold, or say whether prices change by region.

What the provider says about logging and ownership

The site does not name an independent audit of its logging policy. The logging claims are the provider's own and brief: the homepage and pricing page list a "No log policy", and the about page promises "comprehensive privacy protection, and a 100% no-log policy." The homepage, pricing and about pages do not say what data the service does keep, such as the email address tied to a subscription, payment records or connection times, or for how long they keep it. The footer links a privacy policy and terms of service, but the main pages do not summarize them. The homepage slogan "100% Anonymous and Untraceble" is marketing, and the site offers no technical detail behind it, such as RAM-only servers or a transparency report.

On ownership, the site is specific about the operating company and its address, SECUREGUARD GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore, and lists "Based in Singapore" among its selling points. It does not name the people behind the company, a parent group, or any sister brand. The footer also carries a link labeled "SoftMany", and the pricing page quotes "Softmany users", but the site does not explain what SoftMany is or how it relates to VPN Proxy Master.

Apps, network and features

The network figures are the provider's: "20000+ Global Servers in 100+ locations" on the homepage and "more than 20000+ secure servers" in "100+ locations" on the about page. The homepage names Japan, Turkey, Germany, Australia, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Norway, the United States, New Zealand, Spain, Singapore, Brazil, Italy, South Korea, Canada, South Africa, Switzerland and France, "And more+".

On security, the site lists "AES 256-bit encryption", the "OpenVPN protocol" (on the about page), an "Automatic kill switch" and "DNS and IP leak protection". It also promises "Unlimited traffic and bandwidth" and, on the about page, "unlimited bandwidth without throttling." Tools in the menu include a what-is-my-IP check and a WebRTC leak test. The site names no other protocol and does not mention split tunneling, multihop, dedicated IPs or ad blocking.

Streaming is pitched in general terms. The about page says the service can "Unblock websites and access video streaming anywhere in the world", the feature list promises a "Smooth streaming and gaming experience", and the footer links pages on streaming, gaming, sports and music. A 2022 blog post lists "streaming apps like Hulu and Netflix" among what VPNs in general help with, and one customer quote on the homepage mentions watching UK Netflix from Ireland. The provider itself names no streaming service it says the VPN works with. The same blog post mentions protection "during torrenting" as a general VPN benefit, but the site does not state a torrenting policy for its own servers. The homepage, pricing and about pages do not mention router setup, so the "10 devices" figure is the way the site handles a household: separate apps on up to 10 devices, not one router connection.

Plans, prices and refunds

The pricing page shows three plans, each with a 30-day money-back guarantee:

• 1 Month Plan: $12.99 a month, "Billed $12.99 every month".
• 12 Months Plan: $6.67 a month, billed $79.99 every 12 months, shown against a struck-out $155.88 with "Save 49%".
• 27 Months Plan, labeled "27 Months + 3 Months FREE" and "Most Popular": $3.33 a month, billed $89.99 every 27 months, shown against a struck-out $350.73 with "Save 74%".

The page is not fully consistent. One line calls the top plan "The 24 + 3 Months Plan", while the card says 27 months plus 3 free, and the homepage runs a "Special Deal" of "12 Months + 3 Months Free" on the same day. The pricing page also shows a device selector with an option beside 10 devices that the rest of the site never explains. None of the pages states what the 12-month or 27-month plans renew at.

The refund promise is clear: "Request a full refund within 30 days of the first purchase", and the homepage says "Get full refund within 30 days if you're not 100% satisfied." Support is described as "Exclusive 24/7 expert support" through live chat or email, with a FAQ and contact page linked from the menu.

What the site leaves open, and who it suits

The biggest gaps are on privacy detail and price after the first term. The no-logs claim is a slogan without a policy summary or an audit, the renewal prices are not published, and the plan labels contradict each other on whether the long plan is 24 or 27 months before the free months. The free version that the blog and customer quotes mention is not described on the pricing page, so its limits are unknown. Router support is not mentioned at all.

What the site does make plain is a named company with a Singapore address, a 30-day refund window, a wide spread of TV apps, and a 10-device allowance on every plan. That suits a household with phones, laptops and several smart TVs that wants one subscription across them. It suits less well a buyer who needs a documented logging policy, a named audit or router-level setup.
